Bretherick – Orangery Installation

I am writing to thank you and your team at Sash Windows for all the skills, expertise and sheer hard work put in by them all in the past few weeks towards producing the excellent finished product we are now enjoying.

From the outset, we had a clear schedule of work from you, and whilst this needed to be modified to take account of the weather, a revised schedule was forthcoming. We were always kept fully in the picture regarding who was to be doing what and when. Kim from the Sash Windows office has done a cracking job in keeping us fully informed and responding to any queries.

As regards to the work itself, a special word of thanks is due to Neil, Dean and Luke (Builders) and Andy (Fitter). All of them worked very hard and showed considerable attention to detail with the project overall. Both Andy & Neil were especially skilled professionals – taking considerable pride in getting round problems and producing a first class result. Sean has, I know, also had a hand in the quality of the installation (though we have only recently met him whilst he has been helping with some final trim/cosmetic/finishing work for us). In addition, Steve (Plasterer) and Andy (Electrician) have produced first class work, which we are very pleased with. Ryan from the office has been involved throughout and done a very good job ensuring swift attention to any ‘snagging’ – inevitable in a job of this scale and complexity.

We are only too pleased to be able to offer access to our house for refreshments and facilities, which your team members have treated with respect and consideration throughout the whole operation. The attitude of all staff has always been positive, cheerful and helpful.
